The rounded bowl really does keep the bubbles alive longer than my old flutes did. I've run these through the dishwasher twice now and they still look crystal clear. Nine ounces is just the right pour for a coupe.
Poured Prosecco into these for a birthday toast and the 9-ounce bowl gave every glass plenty of room for a proper head of bubbles. They have a nice weight in the hand without feeling clunky, and hand washing keeps the rims crystal clear.
The 9-ounce bowl is the perfect size for a French 75, and the rounded coupe shape really lets the bubbles breathe. I've run them through the dishwasher a few times now and they still come out crystal clear.
